I have dealt with Mr. Merrill as a buyer, and he as the Seller's agent. He has been a stern advocate for his customer, and has been responsive with buyer questions. I have found that his responses are fair and represent the facts.

I intend to use him as my sales agent for any future sales and will use him as a buyers representative when I choose to buy.

Words cannot even describe the personal experience that Brian Merrill gave us while looking for our first home purchase. The one thing that truly impressed us was that he would never let us settle or compromise for something that was not exactly what we wanted! He would re-assure us that our home is out there and we will find it. In times when we had doubt, he would tell us "it's going to be okay".
Brian has this amazingly calm demeanor about him, especially in situations like this, with high emotional feelings from both parties, he was very patient, kind and always respectful.

Brian Merrill is a consumate professional and navigated a very tricky short sale with us.
